Group Policy Wiki

A Wiki is a site edited and managed by "the community" - in this case, anyone involved with Group Policy is a potential contributor its success and value. So, if you are involved at any level in Group Policy you are encouraged to register  and start adding or editing content you feel could help others. Please consider how your additions fit into the structure on the left-hand menu.

A lot of small, frequent edits from a lot of people add up to a lot of value! So, please contribute...

All information provided on this site is written, validated and edited by users like you. Anyone can change any page or create new pages on this site! If you are new to Wikis, you might find the Visitor Welcome page a useful starting point. Please see the menu on the left for specific, focused pages on Group Policy topics.

This site is intended to be a dynamic support resource. It focuses less on WHAT Group Policy is about (see External Links for more information on that) and more on HOW Group Policy can be used as a way to address business goals.

Of Note...

Here's a recent addition that has some great content:

WindowsServerFeedback.com: So you want to send detailed feedback to the Microsoft Product Group?  And you'd like a response too?  Use this link to provide that feedback on any Windows Server feature.  The more detailed and scenario based the better.  If it's for Group Policy use the selection that specifies it is feedback for Group Policy and it will get back to those in Redmond that are responsible for it's development!!!
